The LoftNC is available for rent for your private kinky playtime! When you rent you have access to the entire space with the exception of the office and the leather shop. All toys on the walls or bins upstairs are available for your use (please clean and replace after using). Toys on the wall downstairs are from Soaring Eagle Creations and are available for purchase so please don’t play with them (yes you may test before buying but no naked bodies please).
There will always be fresh sheets and towels for your comfort, A/C or heat depending on what you need, and a full kitchen. Smoking and vaping is allowed on the outside deck.
Any types of play that would normally require a “Dexter room” including play involving wax, blood or bodily fluids must be disclosed prior to renting and may require a $50 deposit to be refunded after cleanup and inspection as we have experienced losses from these activities and clean up can be arduous and costly.
We can accommodate periods from one hour, several hours or for overnight. Hourly rates are $80, overnight is $250. Check in for overnight is usually 5pm or so and checkout may be as late as noon depending on date and other uses (for example: if you rent Saturday night and their is an event Sunday then you may stay until noon when we arrive to set up for the social). The LoftNC may also be used as a meeting place for groups, munch, and meet and greets. Rental for small groups or parties are arranged on an individual basis and can be a flat fee, price per person, include or exclude food, DM’s and so forth. Please contact Lady_Leigh at LoftNC@gmail.com about the needs of your group or meeting.
Payment for rentals is made either through PayPal, credit card (receipt will say “LoftNC”), or cash and a 50% deposit is requested.
