Controlled Chaos: Impact Safety and Proper Technique
Impact play. Most of us enjoy it. But do we truly understand the mechanics and the safety involved? Impact play is about control, precision, accuracy, proper technique, and most of all fun. Whether you’re brand new to impact play or looking to refine your skills, this class focuses on the fundamentals of safer, more intentional play. We’ll cover body awareness/mechanics, target zones, toy selection, negotiation, consent, communication, warm-up techniques, intensity control, and aftercare.
Participants will learn how to minimize risk while maximizing connection, confidence, and enjoyment.
Doors open at 1 PM, demo starts at 2 PM, open play follows until 8 PM.
$20 door fee. Membership required.

Hello everyone. I’m Thumper. I’m known in various circles as The Sadistic Bunny. I’ve been in the Lifestyle for over 27 years. I’ve been enjoying impact play for that long, and heavy impact play for approximately 23 years. I’m a heavy handed sadist, and I specialize in impact and fear play. I have a working knowledge of sensual, sensation, and wax. I’m currently married to a wonderful woman who is also in the lifestyle. I’ve been teaching for just over 10 years at various venues in Georgia and Tennessee. I’ve had the pleasure of teaching at Southeast Leatherfest in Atlanta twice. This year I had the pleasure of teaching safety and proper technique in Impact play, and a workshop on how to throw sledgehammers, rebar, and other toys that most people consider to be extreme in nature. I’m also a Leatherman and founding member of Atlanta Leather. I also serve as Master at Arms in my Leather house. I’m a firm believer in “Each one; Teach one.” This concept has guided me for many years.
