Riding the Edge, Knife Play & other sharp pokey things!

Knife play is about power and control; it taps into the fear and emotion of the bottom. The potential that a knife has is evident, and when used in a BDSM scene all of those emotions and fears come into play and work for the power exchange. This class teaches techniques to enhance the sensations as well as safety and other considerations.

Warning: This class is a trigger for some people. If you are triggered by knives or knife play please use caution if deciding to attend. If you attend, please tell a staff member before the demo begins so we can be ready to assist you if needed.

During this class we will discuss: should you play with sharp or dull knives; proper procedure for cleaning knives before using; importance and steps of safe bottoming for knifeplay; what to do if something goes wrong; what kind of knives to use and what kinds to avoid; temperature play to enhance the scene; the mindfuck; aftercare.

Caution – knives are NOT allowed at all venues, read the rules.
