Dungeon & Venue Rental
Whether you're planning a private scene, a skill workshop, a group munch, or a presenter event, The LoftNC's space is available to rent by the community — for the community.
We’re located in Gastonia, NC, convenient to the greater Charlotte metro area, including Belmont, Mount Holly, Bessemer City, Cramerton, and the broader west Charlotte region. If you’re looking for a fully equipped, kink-friendly private space near Charlotte — this is it.
When you rent The LoftNC for private use, you have full access to the entire space — with the exception of the office and the leather shop. That means:
- Fully equipped dungeon with furniture and equipment throughout
- All toys on the walls and in bins upstairs are available for your use — please clean and replace after use
- Fresh sheets and towels provided
- Climate controlled — A/C or heat as needed
- Full kitchen access
- Outdoor deck available for smoking and vaping
Note: Items displayed on the downstairs wall are from Soaring Eagle Creations and are available for purchase — please don’t use them for play. You’re welcome to test before buying, but no naked bodies on display merchandise.
- Hourly rental: $80 / hour
- Overnight rental: $250
Overnight check-in is generally around 5pm. Checkout can be as late as noon depending on the date and scheduled events — for example, Saturday night rentals when a Sunday event is scheduled will check out by noon when staff arrives to set up.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Play involving wax, blood, or bodily fluids — including anything that would typically require a “Dexter room” setup — must be disclosed before your rental is confirmed. These activities may require an additional $50 refundable deposit, returned after cleanup and inspection.
We’ve been upfront about this because we’ve experienced losses from these activities in the past, and cleanup can be significant. Disclosure up front keeps everything fair for everyone.
The LoftNC is also available as a meeting space for groups, munches, meet-and-greets, skill workshops, and presenter events. We’ve hosted everything from small informal gatherings to structured educational sessions.
Group rental pricing is arranged individually and can be structured as:
- A flat fee for the space
- Per-person pricing
- Packages that include or exclude food, Dungeon Monitor coverage, and other services

Payment accepted: PayPal, credit card (statement will show “LoftNC”), or cash. A 50% deposit is required to hold your date.
Can I bring guests? Yes — private rentals are for you and whoever you’re bringing. Just make sure everyone in your group understands and respects the space rules.
Is the space monitored during my rental? Private rentals are unmonitored by staff. You have the space to yourselves.
Do I need to be a member of The LoftNC to rent? Membership is not required for venue rentals. All we ask is that you respect the space and the equipment.
What’s the cancellation policy? Contact Lady Leigh directly to discuss your specific situation — we work with people when we can.
What areas do you serve? We’re located in Gastonia, NC and regularly serve the greater Charlotte metro area — including Charlotte, Belmont, Mount Holly, Cramerton, Bessemer City, Kings Mountain, and surrounding communities. This audience travels; we’ve had renters come from across the Carolinas for special occasions.
